Which I do not believe is possible without the consent of both parties..  I also am not of the mind that thinks it may be TPL buying up all these shares inorder to take us private.. that, IMO, would fall under the def of hostile take over and then PTSC would gain controling interest in MMP.  Also I do not believe TPL, with all their expenses already, would have the capital to buy all these shares...
