meeting from here on out.  There is no reason other than making the shareholders meeting routine and keeping it on a 12 month schedule.  Actually this removes all speculation as to the timing of the meeting.  It is an annual shareholders meeting. 

I stand by my belief that everything possible will be done by management (within reason) to have the pps noticeably higher by the date of the meeting - it combines logic, good business and common sense.  Am I betting my life on it - no,  just betting a lot of money...

 - The 10Q for the second quarter will be out anytime in March - The clues we now have are that it will be the best yet -

The Dutton report has raised our projection to $1.50 - that is over 30% increase - not to shabby
