How would one feel if one bought in during a PR blitz, only to learn that he/she bought in while at the sametime the major share holder of the company was purposefully dumping?   It may actually be legally prudent to not PR blitz (pump) while insiders sell shares/convert warrants (dump)....

Wait till warrants are gone (it more than likely will not be that much longer)... if shares don't dry up and the trading action doesn't turn 180...
