There are some limits, which are not so easy for Mr. Pohl to jum over. He is doing a good job under given circumstances. Probably he needs more time to solve some difficulties. However, it's a shame that even a dividend can attract more investors.

IMO, the topics below are more or less responsible to draw back new investors:

- we are still under control of TPL and cannot act alone as PTSC

- facts and figures are covered by the agreement with TPL and will just be published with quarterly SEC-filings. This behavior doesn't attract investors

- PR activities in magazins.etc..are not currently taken serious enough

- O/S, warrents and a OTC company aren't investors first choice

- uncertanity because of the still ongoing TX case  

IMO, somthing will change after the TX case looks clearer. After the Markman hearing cards will be mixed up new. Hopefully in the favour of PTSC. Time will tell!
