There are only two of the original 5 sued by PTSC... Sony was dropped for strategic reasons, Fujitsu & most of the NEC entities have settled. Arm is now a party of the defense as they have been asked (by Toshiba, Matsushitsu/Panasonic & NEC) to intervene since some Arm cores have been included in infringement accusations
