Didn't Pohl state something in his letter to the effect of: the "perplexing" share price drop? If he actually knows that the SP drop/decline is due to converting warrants and selling shares by L&S, making a statement like that could get him in "a lot" of hot water.

If he actually knew about L&S selling and causing the SP to decline, I think he would have just kept quiet.
