Sorry for being pathetically slow/thick on this issue.  Does this mean that since S&L currently own (and have owned) 9.99% of the shares, they are (and have been) prohibited from exercising their warrants?  As a result, S&L is not converting warrants and selling them as some here have been suggesting(???)
