How did you come to know this about the Japanese rules on dividends?

There is just too much loose genius threaded through every level of this stock from inventors to shareholders.  I am thinking this is what is wrong with this stock.  The stock is a mystery to the average Joe.

So, wings, I am thinking that you are the person to ask this question to.  If a person has until closing tomorrow to be the recorded owner qualifying for the dividend then on what day will that same stock become available for sale, assuming they met the div. requirements?
