SGE, that's my interpretation, too. Both S and L, "beneficially" own both the shares each actually owns, plus the shares the other actually owns. Hence, for reporting purposes they show the same total number of 38 million and change as beneficially owned.

Same principle involved in which I am a beneficial owner of the shares my wife owns, and vice versa. FWIW, and GLTAL>>
