I agree "another shoe to drop". I find it curious that all these shares were registered for sale in the future and then we get this tidbit. I have a feeling something is up. Perhaps another big partner in a joint venture along with SSDI. JMHO.

I have to admit it was a slick move to loan 700,000 to Holcom, get control of their assets when someone else was out on the limb for 24 Mil. What a maneuver.
