Agreed - Patriot is not for your typical dividend investor.  I don't even want to speculate why Patriot is really paying dividends.  However, I do think they are currently holding back their PR machine and they will give them the go ahead at a strategically predetermined point in time.  (This is my theory because why on earth would they bring on the likes of Hoffman and not utlize them?)
