Pacer Doc # 197  Docket Text: AMENDED ANSWER to Technology Properties Limited and Patriot Scientific Corporation's Second Amended Complaint by Toshiba Corporation.,, Toshiba America, Inc.,, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc,,  Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC

Pacer Doc #198  Docket Text: AMENDED ANSWER to Technology Properties Limited and Patriot Scientific Corporation's Second Amended Complaint, Amended COUNTERCLAIM against Technology Properties Limitied, Inc.,, Patriot Scientific Corporation by Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc

-What I find interesting is that, as far as I can tell from prev Pacer filings.. this is the first time that Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc has filed a separate Pacer filing.  What else I find interesting is that TAEC is Toshibas semiconductor specialist...

TEAC.. overview from Hoovers:

Toshiba America Electronic Components (TAEC) makes and markets semiconductors, memory devices, LCDs, wireless components, electron tubes, optoelectronics, and radio-frequency (RF) components. The company also develops direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) products. A subsidiary of Toshiba America, it sells to the automotive, digital consumer products, networking, and wireless industries.

-Now why would they file a separate Pacer filing now?  The same attorney, Scott Partridge, filed both of these docs, on the same day...  Why would the chip entity file separately?  Of course you all know what I speculate as the reason...  Perhaps the 4 entities filing Doc #197 are going to settle and TEAC, like NEC E A, will not or will not be allowed to, or just yet...  obviously jmo

-Here are the other entities overviews & websites
