4) J3Arm is delaying it till they reach the Courthouse steps, hoping to get better terms;...

5) J3 Arm can't afford settlement terms offered and has given the lawyers the green light to go to trial and file Bankruptcy as soon as a Big Jury Verdict is issued against it...
