Markman is May 3rd,  - 38 trading days away.  price is most likely going up.  I invested all that I can afford - you do what is right for you. 

The Markman results should be in 30 days or less from May 3, My feeling is that the pressure is on the remaining Defendants is big time and growing exponentially.   

you asked:  (or is this info. not available yet?) Some mysteries, to the terms, stem from not wanting to "show our hand" to others that are presently in negotiations for payment.  That is prudent and smart business, although frustrating to us who want to know everything.  Most of the "j5" have caved in and paid up - this is a very good sign.  The semi ann divy is a very strong indicator and is stronger than most realize I feel.
