As of August 31, 2006, we had warrants outstanding to purchase 50,087,635 common shares

From the 3rd qtr '06 10Q (ending Nov 30, '06)

As of November 30, 2006, we had warrants outstanding to purchase 29,921,015 common shares

So.. in those 3 months alone PTSC's warrants outstanding were reduced by some 20+ mil..

My guess is, with PTSC buying an additional 6 mil warrants off the top (2mil/mo).. with these daily vols S&L could have (probably have) very nearly finished converting all their vested warrants and concurrent selling of appropriate numbers of shares..

I personally think this next 10Q will show b/t 5-10 mil warrants outstanding... If PTSC still does show a large number of outstanding warrants, ie >20mil, I will be quite (actually very) disappointed.. esp with what the trading action has been like these last few months..
