I'm not selling.  What fool would sell now.  But my heart goes out to anyone forced to sell between now and June.  Even December.  And some might have to so I think there lie's the urgency. 

As a poker player though, I'd rather see it flop AAK, and maybe another K on the turn, and better yet even, the last K on the river.
