While more settlements before the Markman may occur, my preference would be for at least one of the defendants (ARM?) to ride it out and lose big in court.  IMHO, the share price would benefit more from that scenario than if all the remaining defendants settle.  Of course, there is some risk (small, hopefully) of an adverse or "split the baby" ruling.  PTSC needs an ironclad court affirmation of the patents' validity, and the same from the US Patent Office would also help.
