I'm trying to think of reasons why TPL would hire 3 VP's for licensing with the press releases for all three hires specifically mentioning the MMP portfolio, if the markman issue was even in doubt. I am also trying to think of reasons why three very qualified individuals would even think of joining TPL if there was any uncertainty involved. Sure, TPL has other licenses to offer but hiring 3 VP's has to mean something. One VP joining may not have meant anything but three is definitely telling.
