Ron, do you have an opinion on the level of cooperation between plaintiff and defendents thus far?  For something that I think will be very significant for either party, they seem to be working together fairly well as they prepare for Markman.  You consider this normal?  Be cordial and cooperative, however, be clear in damages being sought after?  I thought there would be more games being played, opposition to whatever the other side wanted.
