No one here agree's that patents should be allowed to be infringed upon, manor.  Sorry, but that is not question.  The discussion is about who Pubat is representing, and perhaps like the classic Operation Northwoods, it is not always clear who is behind what.

To emphasize, no one here appreciate's the challenge to the patents and clearly no one here wants to see it succeed.
