The J5 is now down to the J2 +1

Sony, Fujitsu, and NEC (minus one entity) have settled with TPL/PTSC.  Matsushita and Toshiba + NEC Electronics (chipmaking division) remain.  ARM has "intervened" in the litigation we presume as a result of indemnification clauses that are in place with their customers.

Thus J2+1

All systems go for TPL/PTSC heading into the important Markman hearing to be in early May with 17 MMP (Moore Microprocessor Portfolio) licensees having signed on so far.
