Ron, that's a very good thought in case of NEC. Maybe your are right and they tried to reduce there risk in a pre-settlement of thier "baby-companies" before the Markman Hearing. However, this includes that the baby comapnies just bought "system level licenses". What irretates me, is he fact of the NEC-PR where Lecrone stated ,NEC should be somehow no longer involved in TX.

Like you've said, some answers are given soon with next SEC-filings.
