My sentiments exactly. With the large number of companies infringeing , especially those on the hook for big dollar amounts, we are eventually going to have to follow thru with the court settlement scenario. Might as well be now, since we have invested so much time, money , and energy into the issue. Considering the indemnity clauses involved with the current defendants, I too think ARM will be the big loser on this round. And I believe that is why the settlement amounts have been so low to date. The real current battle is with ARM we should definately follow thru with them.
