Curious if the assigned mediator can be playing a role at this point in bringing the parties together.

With the Markman closing in, you would think J2/ARM would be negotiating in earnest to better determine whether they should go all the way or settle and that the mediator is helping clarifying the strength of their position...good or bad.  

I don't know what the mediator is doing now. Any thoughts from the group is appreciated.
