So this guy Sorensen provided legal counsel on an action by PTSC. What does this have to do with anything we should be specifically interested in?  Either provide some explanation, or don't post such blatant FUD.

I suspect this had to do with transactions surrounding the Holocom deal, enabling PTSC to resale unwanted assets. Again, so what?
