A media blitz will occur naturally. The patents are so basic to todays computing that a win will be felt accross the industry. A media blitz is a one time push, like the ads at the Superbowl, but can anyone name all the comercials.
What we will need is a constant promotion to the niche market that is not threatening, yet professional (but not cap in hand). Remember if you push someone into a corner the only way out is back at you. We need to give them an honourable out and to communicate that there is a way. - r
