He understood the impact S&L had on PTSC.  He knew when they bought and when they sold.....He told us....not my speculation.....but years and years with PTSC and reading Brian's posts...he knew the trading windows and understood the role of the debt financer to PTSC.  He was a very vocal critic of the lack of permformance of the BOD and their close ties to S&L.  We made an attempt years ago to get him on the BOD and we failed....but apparently this was not dismissed by PTSC.  I respect Brian, but all that happened, IMO, is Brian was silenced.  A sharehholder rep should be available to the sharehholder....should'nt he?
