Not to mention the fact that this is a highly speculative stock in the middle of legal negoiations. Who, especially those in some offical capacity, are going to make any public statments on behalf of the compny and open themselves up to any legal recourse. I think we have all noticed a company imposed quiet period. We just have to deal with it. That is the way it is. Don't blame anyone, in particular those who have no control over it, just accept it.
