SGE1,
Don't forget to mention that when the patents expire, that we still can go after infringers and make deals. They infringed when they were valid. Deals can go on for a very long time for past sins...LOL
Just to make your point mean something to them, let me make an example out of thin air.........: Say we win and go after them all 400 + correct? Well lets say we get the ball rolling after a court win and start making 1 deal a month.(12 deals a year) (360 infringers) = 30 years of deals .......................Thats correct for 360 companies , this could continue for 30 years just on deals alone. OK,. now through in a fake number to continue the point........Say TPL makes on average for all 360 companies a settlement of just 20 million dollars ( sounds small don't it) and you have PTSC making 120 million a year for 30 years ( using my one deal a month) 3.6 billion dollars total. That is all way past our life time of this investment , correct??? If , nothing else is done with the money ( and I hope PTSC does do a good job with it, and gets other business' going) THIN, how do you think the market will view PTSC after a couple of years of the 1 a month example....well darn sure it wil be better than $2. If this is all we ever have, MMP only, then we COULD (if all goes well) be just fine on that alone !
GOOD POINT SGE !
