Roy Maharaj (from IBM and worked with many US high tech)

Think each VP has their own staff to help them in their job of finalizing licensing deals?  Hope these guys are HIGH ENGERGY at least more energy than our Hoffman agency.  Can you imagine the potential from this team, combing the globe.
