I sure as hell hope so, because my plan includes selling some shares into a rising share price pre- Markman(may 3rd) or shortly thereafter. I have faith in TPL and am very confident once we get to trial.....but I wonder what will happen to share price if we do not get what can be construed as a decisive victory at Markman. We need more deals regardless of how the market responds because I do not think there is alot of confidence in the NEC numbers. Hoping for a surprise. BY the way, is the Russian Lady still there in Hartford?
