Or how about..  S&L sold big into every licensing agreement PR over the last yr, preventing any significant and/or sustained upward movement..  Retail has learned the game and has currently backed away waiting to see any appreciable upward movements with MMP PRs to get a handle on when S&L run out of vested warrants.. perhaps the 10Q will show just this.  When (if) S&L stop selling shares to convert warrants, and there is no more (or little) selling pressure and sp does begin its accent with MMP PRs, the light will flicker on above retails' head once again
