IMO, no one and I mean no one with half a brain is going to buy this stock because it EXPECTS to pay a semi-annual dividend based on revenue and earnings that cannot be projected. The SP risks just far out weigh the benefit of a dividend at this point in time.
Again, some continue to get confused between TPL's results and PTSC's.
