1) going from .098 x .093 at close of business Friday to .105 x .10 on only 300K shares traded

2)then after 300K more trade, see a bump to .11 x .102, w/bid/ask narrowing, now at .105 x .103.

The answer (IMHO) is yes - MM`s trying to generate activity, One way or another. It may not work well this way, check for it to go the other...

I doubt anyone of them has a landline to Fogel, or you for that matter...
