Good New/Bad news

Good. From Feb 7th (13GA filing) to Feb 28th (14A filing) it would appear that L&S share count was reduced by almost 6 mil shares, From 38.1 to 32.2 mil total including warrants. Bad. It would appear that we still have a significant warrant overhang of 23.8 mil warrants still to be converted. Please tell me I am wrong on that last point. Opty
