Thanks for helping me get to the answers. I was able to match page 69 of the recently filed SB-2A to page 19 of the DEF-4A filing.

The confusion was the SB-2 wasn't clear on the status of the warrants and I thought they were approved, but the DEF-4A clearly states un-approved.

Question for anyone: Why do we need another 50+ million warrants at 5 cents each?
