i know this is only your opinion and u are entitled.  but there is absolutely no evidence to your claims.  i personally dont believe ptsc has been accumulating shares or that s&l have been aggressively removing warrants.  what if it is exactly what it appears to be....the buying interest is not there and the bod and s&l are making a killing on free shares at the sharehholder expense.  the pohl connection is almost laughable...he does not buy shares....he has then given to himself via compensation options.  ptsc has been behaving like a shell and are thus not experiencing any share price growth because their is nothing separating the BOD from the warrant holder.  they issue options for no apparent reason other than they can.
