Price as we near the Markman

I would have expected to see a rise in the price as we near the Markman. Perhaps I'm a little early, given we are still about 3 weeks out. Does anyone have any thoughts on how the price will be handled for the rest of the month?

Will the price raise in anticipation of great news from Judge Ward? Wouldn't it be better to be above a dollar at least publicity machine starts earning its money?
