Patent Office states the 336 patent belongs to PTSC.  What are the ramifications if PTSC loses this patent.  The wording from the Patent office on pages 6 thru 9 is surprisingly strong about prior art being in existence and it sure sounds as if they are going to invalidate this patent.  I would have thought our expert witness testimony would have done more to quell this but since it did not, I assume it will have the same impact with Ward.  But we still have some infringers on other patents.  This will be very disappointing to many here.  This isnt a new question of patentability but substantial new question and a substantial likelihood that prior art would have been considered if if Mostek, hitachi and Boney had been revealed on the patent.
