That is a definite possibility, but as in other cases we would have to have the Markman done with and a trial first, once that is decided it is quite possible that an injunction to halt "services' could be asked for.

"Last month a jury ruled that Vonage, which has garnered 2.2m subscribers, had infringed on three patents held by Verizon.
On Friday, a district judge issued an injunction forcing Vonage to stop signing up new customers. The ruling also required Vonage to post a $66m bond to cover the jury's $58m award to Verizon, as well as other expenses.
