Hopefully we will get our answer by this Monday in the 10Q. 

This issue definitely should not be sidestepped at the SHM.  I put it right up there with What in God's Name are we doing with 4 PR firms that do absolutely nothing for us. 

The Sharpe signing is huge - they are another huge player that believes our Patents are legit.  Like the other past signings, the "Seller(s)" was waiting to dump all they could right at the announcement.  The jig is up - everyone now knows exactly what happens when we get good news.  We have a right to know exactly who and why!
