Looks like Sharp uses ARM technology:

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

http://www.arm.com/community/display_company.php?display=7&CompanyId=142

ARM7TDMI, ARM720T, ARM922T, ARM926EJ, and the ARM946E, three of which we know ( ARM7TDMI, ARM926EJ & ARM946E) have been accused (in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Texas) of infringing on the ‘584 patent. Interesting!

BTW, FWIW, shared the USPTO response with a patent attorney. His response, boiler plate…don’t let the language scare you. He has no investment in PTSC, so opinion unbiased. My recommendation, read RonRan’s posts, lightly skim through the rest and enjoy your day.
