I really shouldn't. I didn't sell after Higgens, I won't sell now despite my feelings that the patent office will change the 336 patent. I suspect they will not invalidate it but I am fairly confident from the wording that they will change it. I voice my opinion since I am as insightful and analytical as most and that is what a board is good for, an honest exchange of ideas and opinions. I am not trying to manipulate or lie to my fellow agoramites. Yeah, maybe some of us do overreact or vent out of frustration, but it's nice to have other's who bring in a bit of balance and perspective. We are all different pieces of the puzzle. I still am holding for the $28 a share I envision, but I certainly was not happy with the patent office or pubat. The personal judgement stuff is the downside of the board, where we can hurl personal hurts without much thought. Doesn't help much.
