Well, in the end, the OS got reduced a little bit:
"On January 12, 2007, 381,214,818 shares of common stock, par value $.00001 per share (the issuer’s only class of voting stock) were outstanding."
On the record date March 13th there are 379,668,118 OS.
And in the Q3 we will see this number (according to the Proxy): 378,668,118 OS as of Feb 28th.
Not that much, but better than the 400mio from the Initial Dutton report - if this continues, we might expect about 200-250mio OS at the end of the patents in 2015...;-))
