You are right, I believe the reexamination requests for the '584 were filed by counsel representing Toshiba and NEC. I guess my question would be that if the reexamination request covers the same scope that ARM would have included in their request, couldn't ARM ask for a stay based on the USPTO request petioned by NEC and Toshiba? Just wondering out loud. You said it best when using the deck of cards analogy and time will tell. I hate wishing time away...but these next three weeks are going to be long. I want to see this case move forward and into the Markman! Oh well, speaking of cards, about 40 guys meet up about 3 times a year for a $50 buy in for a Texas Hold'em No Limit Tournament.
