LOL, yeah..you're right on that.

I received my proxy early last week and voted - throw em all out! - Had to laugh as I scribbled in the "X" - Symbolic only, no impact, even if we collectively wanted, we don't have the power to jostle things with them.

Been there and done that years ago (remember longs?)

This can be a fun game if you play it for what it is - not what you want it to be.

With that, I look forward to the Markman - we either turn a corner, or we drop off the face...IMO only. Just better hope Jeremy Fogel decides not to move to Texas in the next few weeks and pollute the legal atmosphere down there.
