Sorry, but couldn't get past your comparison with General Motors. If PTSC's management pulled some of the same tricks on it's shareholders that GM pulled on their's, we'd have something of much greater substance to scream about!
As tempting as it is, I'll spare you the details of some of the many things I'm aware of, but they make all the "issues" some have with PTSC appear trivial by comparison. And many of their ill-advised moves directly affected the employees of the company, most of whom were shareholders by virtue of the 401K company match being in the form of their stock.
