The pps for RSI (14) 30 is .5158. Looking at a 1 year chart of RSI for PTSC one will notice that every time the RSI has dropped below 50 is has bounced (or slightly dipped below) 30. So, without good news I believe we will have an opportunity to buy at .52 before the numbers are released.
