i agree ron.  pr does not mean hype.  it seems ptsc does as little as possible to promote the company.  there are so many positives for the company to tout as well as to inform the investment world that PTSC is a growing company that is currently removing the hurdles surrounding the past. (etc).  but ptsc chooses the "do nothing approach", imo.  the warning signs of poor management are visible.
