I didn't use the term "hype" in a negative way. I use the term to mean public relations via press releases, video, and web based distribution. In fact the example I gave was if it were "my" company.
As for you and others wanting to see much more PR, I believe good management would wait to see what happens in court. I assume you do not think a company press release will influence the court. Why spend the time and effort now when it is possible the company will be headed in an entirly different direction in ~60 days or less? With a possible win (I'm betting on it), there will be plenty of time to crow.
If you were a new investor looking at speculative penny stocks, would you invest in the stock that could tank in short order? Why not wait to see the results? Yes, you might pay a little more, but this stock is not going up $5 in a day, IMO. You may beleive differently.
